A Dream Come True

We all have dreams that we want to come true. Some dreamed of having a house, a lot and a car. Some dreamed of being able to meet their future husbands or wives. And some just want to finished college for them to have their own income and be independent from their parents. Dreams can depend on a person and can be affected by the life they used to live, such as my cousin, who dreamed to have a bag that has lot of zippers and soft. Thankfully, she found what she’s been dreaming of.

When she and her boyfriend went to the mall, they saw a bag that my cousin has been looking for so long. She found shoulder a bag that is soft and has a lot of zippers. She wanted these features because she needs it for her school. She wants a lot of zippers so that her things can be organized and lots of compartments where you can place your things. And she wants soft skinned for it is lamb-skinned because she wants herself to be free from aching shoulders.

She was so happy when one of her dreams came true, the perfect bag.

I’ve been browsing the latest red carpet dresses online. I had particular fun looking at the dresses celebrities wore to the recent Golden Globes Awards. It seems like nude is the new black, with many actresses turning up in pale gowns.

I thought supermodel Elle Macpherson looked particularly ravishing in her nude strapless fishtail dresss by Zac Posen. Mila Kunis also looked fabulous in a one-shoulder black chiffon dress. Seeing that she is the face of Christian Dior, there’s no prizes for guessing the label of her dress.

A notable stand-out was Tilda Swinton in a metallic purplish-blue Hader Ackermann wrap jacket paired with a matching fishtail skirt. Although it wasn’t a universal hit with fashion critics, I thought it suited her bleached blonde updo and pale complexion perfectly. She looked like she had just stepped out of the pages of a top fashion magazine.

When it came to plus-size women, Glee star Amber Riley won the fashion stakes in a red Badgley Mischka dress. The ruching and ruffles down the front of her dress flattered her curvy figure beautifully.

I Just Ordered New Pajamas

There are very few things that I am addicted to or obsessed with in this world, but pajamas are definitely on that list. I don’t know why I am so obsessed with pajamas, but I have been for many years now. I will spend more on a nice pair of pajamas than I will on outfits at times. I always get them from bare necessities too, because they carry only the best of the best, and that is exactly what I want. I was looking on their site the other night and came across a pair of pajamas that I absolutely had to have. It was the P.J. Salvage HEAPJX Head Over Heels Flannel Pajama Set Plus Size, and I knew they would look really good on me. It was a pattern of high heel shoes that were in colored blocks that were repeated over the pajamas. The blocks were pink, blue and yellow, and they alternated with a solid color for each block. I cannot wait to get them!

A Dog Sweater for My Yorkie

I recently adopted a dog from my local animal shelter. She is a small Yorkshire Terrier named Daisy. When she was first brought to the shelter, she had a minor case of mange. The veterinarian treated Daisy and got rid of the mange, but she still has some patches of fur that have not grown back. I live in an area with very cold weather, especially in winter. I knew Daisy would be miserable this winter without all her fur to keep her warm, so I decided to buy a dog sweater for her. Now Daisy is always nice and warm, even when we go on our daily walks to the park. The sweater looks extremely cute on her too. She really loves wearing it and she seems a lot less uncomfortable now. I plan on getting her more sweaters and she can even wear them after her fur grows back.

1) Start by finding a normal daily rhythm again – go to bed early, and be sure to sleep 7-8 hours every night until you feel the batteries are charged. Both your body and brain need the refund and must therefore have plenty of rest, water, and healthy diet.

2) Speaking of diet, do not go on a crash diet, you’re just making yourself miserable. Pamper yourself with a little body cleansing consisting of water, vegetables and protein – without too much fat.

3) Get trained, preferably outdoors, so you get fresh air to the body and brain. To get ready for the summer sun, it is important to have a strong goal to avoid being downtrodden and lazy. Be aware though that the transition from no training to hard training should be smooth. Your brain can be a tricky business partner who would rather spend energy on something you think is nice like to cuddle in front of the TV or a warm fire that was used to last winter. If the brain senses that your training is tough and demanding, it will try to shut down your motivation and you will therefore have a hard time getting started. Exercise every day except on weekends. Use the weekends to relax. Your workout does not have to be tough every time, but makes it a good habit of exercising for at least half an hour a day.

4) “Lite” products are a NO GO. They make you just desire for more sugar and unhealthy sweets. They also destroy the insulin process in your system so the body becomes confused what to make out of ordinary healthy food that you would take after, whether they are loaded with sugar or not. Therefore you risk ending up with a rollercoaster of a blood sugar.

5) Use coconut oil in your daily diet: Studies have found that one can reduce the waistline by eating two tablespoons of coconut oil along with a healthy diet and daily exercise. Coconut oil is also good because it is healthy fat, and it boosts your metabolism. Use coconut oil in salads or just eat two tablespoons with just about anything.
